Abstract

Every construction project in general have the implementation plan and schedule implementation specific, but in fact the implementation of construction projects has always experienced constraints that result in delays in completion of the work. The work of construction project that has the problem of delay completion of the work will result in a loss on cost. This research was conducted to find out the dominant factor impact on the delay and its effects on the budget of expenses on building construction project. This research was conducted in 3 stages of data processing, the first validation by experts to determine the variables that will be used, i.e. the second phase of data processing by using SPSS software and Microsoft Excel 2010, it conducted a test of reliability, testing normality, descriptive statistics, test of AHP and test correlation, the third stage results of the discussion and to prove the hypothesis. Of research results obtained there were 8 variable dominant factor impact on the delay, namely the variables X27, X28, X17, X 26, X 18, X 22, X 16 and X29. While testing the correlation between dominant factor impact on the delay with its effects on the budget of the cost of having the value of the correlation with the status of low and very low.

| Additional Information: | Perkembangan pembangunan yang semakin meningkat di seluruh Indonesia melahirkan pesatnya perkembangan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi. Salah satunya daerah Tangerang. Setiap proyek konstruksi pada umumnya mempunyai rencana pelaksanaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan tertentu, namun pada kenyataannya pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi selalu mengalami kendala yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan. Pekerjaan proyek konstruksi yang mengalami masalah keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan akan mengakibatkan kerugian pada segi biaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan dampak terhadap keterlambatan dan pengaruhnya terhadap anggaran biaya pada proyek pembangunan gedung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan 3 tahap pengolahan data, pertama yaitu validasi oleh pakar untuk menentukan variabel yang akan digunakan, tahap kedua yaitu pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan Microsoft Excel 2010, dilakukan uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji statistik deskriptif, AHP dan uji korelasi, tahap ketiga hasil temuan, pembahasan dan pembuktian hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan ada 48 variabel yang menjadi faktor – faktor penyebab keterlambatan dan terdapat 8 variabel faktor dominan dampak terhadap keterlambatan yaitu variabel X27, X26, X28, X17, X18, X22, X16 dan X29. Sedangkan uji korelasi antara faktor dominan dampak terhadap keterlambatan dengan pengaruhnya terhadap anggaran biaya memiliki nilai korelasi dengan status rendah dan sangat rendah. | |||||||||
