Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance through work motivation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causality approach. The object of this study at PT PLN UPT Cilegon used a population of 202 and a sample of 152 respondents with a strativied proportional random sampling technique. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS Version 3.29 software. The results of this study state that: 1). Organizational culture influences employee performance. 2). Transformational leadership influences employee performance. 3). Organizational culture influences work motivation. 4). Transformational leadership influences work motivation. 5). Work motivation affects employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate between organizational culture and transformational leadership in partial mediation.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Objek penelitian ini pada PT PLN UPT Cilegon menggunakan populasi 202 dan sampel 152 responden dengan teknik sampling strativied proporsional rundom sampling. Jawaban kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala interval 1 – 10. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS Versi 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2). Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3). budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. 4). Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. 5). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja mampu memediasi antara Budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara mediasi parsial.
