Abstract
Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency is one of the Cilegon area device that has a duty of disaster mitigation effort . The problems are the uneven workload in each unit and distribution of employees not referring to the real needs of the organization which can cause work stress. The purposes of the study are to measure rate of employee workload, measure rate of employee stress, to knowing the correlation between the workload with work stress, to knowing correlation between work stress with work stress causative factors and to determine the number of employee needed. This research method using Permendagri number 12 in 2008 and NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. The results of study are the number of employees which have very high workload 7 people, high 2 people, and very low 20 people. The employees which have work stress 9 people, and not stress 10 people. Based on the results there is a no relationship between gender, age, number of children, work period, noises, temperature, ventilation, uncertainty work, responsibility to the other workers and activities outside of work and there is relationship between workload with the method of Permendagri, personality type A, self-assessment, the lighting, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal conflict, lack of control, lack of employment opportunities, the amont of workload, the variation of the workload, capabilities that are not used, mental demands and sosial support with work stress. Number of employees required in the Secretary Department 9 people, the Prevention and preparedness sector 3 people, the Emergency and logistical sector 5 people and the reconstruction and rehabilitation sector 3 people.

| Additional Information: | Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah merupakan salah satu Perangkat Daerah Kota Cilegon yang mempunyai tugas yaitu usaha penanggulangan bencana. Permasalahannya yaitu beban kerja yang tidak merata di setiap unit dan pendistribusian pegawai yang belum mengacu pada kebutuhan nyata organisasi yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengukur tingkat beban kerja pegawai, mengukur tingkat stres kerja pegawai, mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pegawai, mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan faktor-faktor penyebab stres kerja dan menentukan jumlah pegawai yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Permendagri No. 12 Tahun 2008 dan NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian adalah pegawai yang mengalami beban kerja sangat tinggi 7 orang, tinggi 2 orang, dan sangat rendah 10 orang. Pegawai yang mengalami stres kerja 9 orang dan tidak stres 10 orang. Tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin, umur, jumlah anak, masa kerja, kebisingan, suhu, ventilasi, ketidakpastian pekerjaan, tanggung jawab terhadap pekerja lain dan aktivitas di luar pekerjaan dan ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan metode Permendagri, kepribadian tipe A, penilaian diri, pencahayaan, konflik peran, ketaksaan peran, konflik interpersonal, kurangnya kontrol, kurangnya kesempatan kerja, jumlah beban kerja, variasi beban kerja, kemampuan yang tidak digunakan, tuntutan mental dan dukungan sosial dengan stres kerja. Jumlah pegawai yang dibutuhkan pada bagian Sekretaris 9 orang, Bidang Pencegahan dan Kesiapsiagaan 3 orang, Bidang Kedaruratan dan Logistik 5 orang dan Bidang Rekonstruksi dan Rehabilitasi 3 orang. | |||||||||
