Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) Analyze the level of participation of the Dayang Tani Women's Farmers' Group; (2) Identify the factors that influence the participation of the Dayang Tani Women Farmers Group in the Fast Harvest Food Planting Movement Program in Sukadiri District, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this study using quantitative methods. Determination of the research location was carried out purposively. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Measurement of variable using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that, the calculated t value of the internal factor variable (X1) is 1.314 < t table 2.052, has no significant effect on the level of participation (Y). The t value of the external factor variable (X2) at 5.776 > t table 2.052, have a significant influence on the level of participation (Y). Conclusion The level of participation of women farmers is in the medium category by the span of value 56.7% - 60%. showed the internal factors have no significant effect on the level of participation. While the external factor variables have a significant influence on the level of participation.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa regresi linier berganda. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian yang terjadi adalah, hasil uji t diketahui nilai t hitung variabel faktor internal (X1) sebesar 1,314 < t tabel 2,052, yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara faktor internal dengan tingkat partisipasi. Hasil uji t diketahui nilai t hitung variabel faktor eksternal (X2) sebesar 5,776 > t tabel 2,052, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara faktor eksternal dengan tingkat partisipasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian tingkat partisipasi berada pada kategori sedang dengan rentang nilai 56,7% - 60%. Pada variabel faktor internal tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi. Sedangkan pada variabel faktor eksternal terdapat pengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi.
