Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out wheter supply chair flexibility and information sharing were simultaneously and partial on operational performance of screenprinting enterprises in the Banten Province. The type of is a quantitative research by the method of collecting samples purposive sampling, with a total sample of 65 sablon respondents in the Banten Province. The type of data used is primary and secondary data with data retrieval techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used was a SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that (1) supply chain flexibility has a significant positive effect on operational performance, (2) information sharing has a significant positive effect on operational performance, and (3) supply chain flexibility and information sharing have a significant positive effect on operational performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah fleksibilitas rantai pasok dan information sharing berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja operasional pada usaha sablon di Provinsi Banten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan sampel purposive sampling dengan total sampel berjumlah 65 responden usaha sablon di Provinsi Banten. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) fleksibilitas rantai pasok berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, (2) information sharing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, dan (3) fleksibilitas rantai pasok dan information sharing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. | |||||||||
