Abstract

This study aimed to test and analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction and employee engagement on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. This study was conducted at PT Sankyu Indonesia International ASC Insite. This study uses a quantitative method with probability sampling techniques, and the number of samples is 220 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a combination of open answers with an interval scale of 1-10, then processed and arranged into a data frequency tabulation, which is then analyzed using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of the study are based on validity and reliability tests. Based on direct and indirect hypothesis tests, it shows that: 1) Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly affects job satisfaction. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly affects employee engagement. 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. 7) Employee engagement can mediate the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran mediasi kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan karyawan pada hubungan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peneilitian ini dilakukan di PT Sankyu Indonesia International ASC Insite. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling, jumlah sample yaitu 220 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk jawaban kombinasi jawaban terbuka dengan skala interval 1-10 kemudian diolah serta disusun kedalam tabulasi frekuensi data yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabel. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis langsung dan tidak langsung menunjukan bahwa: 1) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. 4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 5) Keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 6) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. 7) Keterlibatan karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan.
