Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, suitability of employee placement, and job satisfaction on employee performance. In this study, work discipline, suitability of employee placement, and job satisfaction are the independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research uses descriptive causality method. Respondents of this study were 82 employees of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains Jakarta. The sampling technique was using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the instrument test method, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and t test using the SPSS 22 application. Theresults of this study indicate (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Employee placement has a positive and significant effect. significant towards employee performance (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kesesuaian penempatan karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam Penelitian ini disiplin kerja, kesesuaian penempatan karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kausalitas. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 82 karyawan PT. . Dipa Pharmalab Intersains Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji t dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) Penempatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
