Abstract
This research discusses the performance of existing condition of Raya Cilegon road, Banten that is capacity, degree of saturation and service level. The analysis was conducted with reference to PKJI 2014 regulation to calculate road performance on urban road section. Furthermore, to determine criteria of degree of saturation and level of congestion service refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia No: PM 96 of 2015 DS < 0.90 for the maximum permitted. Based on the analysis results obtained the existing condition of Roads on the road raya Cilegon at peak hour for the working day is 17.00-18.00 hours with the saturation degree DS < 0.90 ie at 0.73 and service level C.

| Additional Information: | Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada peraturan PKJI 2014 untuk memperhitungkan kinerja jalan pada Ruas jalan Luar kota. Selanjutnya untuk menentukan kriteria derajat kejenuhan dan tingkat pelayanan kemacetan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia No : PM 96 Tahun 2015 yakni < 0,90 untuk batas maksimal yang diizinkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat kondisi eksisting Ruas Jalan pada jalan Raya Cilegon pada jam puncak untuk hari kerja yaitu jam 17.00-18.00 dengan derajat kejenuhan DS < 0,90 yakni sebesar 0,73 dan tingkat pelayanan C. | |||||||||
