Abstract
A project can be said to be successful if the process of its implementation can be completed in accordance with the planned time. A good project planning should be supported with a good project control, as happened in the field do not necessarily correspond to what has been planned. The purpose of this research is to determine the total machining time projects, analyze the delay in project implementation with a crashing program and Microsoft Project 2013, and analyse the alternative proposal of scheduling control comparison time and costs with better scheduling plans and actual projects. This research method using CPM (Critical Path Method) that is using Microsoft Project 2013 project completion time to get and crashing program to manage the project’s delays. Research results can note that on the project plan obtained total duration of project work for 125 days whereas in reality the project too late for 32 days until the total project work into 157 days. Total duration of the project, after crashing earlier 157 days be 107 days. In an alternative program that is crashing add in 17 activity on critical path so that the acquired project cost amounting to Rp 1.320.224.760 with project finish time on November 10, 2016 or the project can be completed in accordance with the original plan, as well as the benefit of 23,37% of contract value or worth Rp 402.655.240. Based on S curve, 100% project implementation on schedule project plan targeted at 18 weeks, but in the actual implementation of the project on the 18th week recently reached 87%. While in control of the project implementation with crashing programs can achieve 100% in week 16 means faster achievement of project implementation the targeted company.

| Additional Information: | Suatu proyek dikatakan berhasil jika proses pelaksanaannya bias selesai sesuai dengan waktu yang telah direncanakan. Perencanaan proyek yang baik harus didukung dengan suatu pengendalian proyek yang baik, karena yang terjadi di lapangan belum tentu sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan total waktu pengerjaan proyek, menganalisa keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek, dan menganalisa perbandingan penjadwalan usulan alternatif yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Methode) yang diolah menggunakan Microsoft Project 2013 untuk mendapatkan waktu penyelesaian proyek dan crashing program untuk meminimasi keterlambatan proyek. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pada proyek rencana didapatkan durasi total pengerjaan proyek selama 125 hari sedangkan pada kenyataannya proyek terlambat selama 32 hari sehingga total pengerjaan proyek menjadi 157 hari. Setelah dilakukan crashing program pada 17 aktivitas kritis durasi total proyek berkurang selama 50 hari dan diperoleh project cost sebesar Rp1.320.224.760 dengan project finish time pada tanggal 10 November 2016 sehingga proyek dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan waktu rencana awal, serta mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar 23,37% dari nilai kontrak atau senilai Rp 402.655.240. Berdasarkan kurva S, pelaksanaan proyek 100% pada jadwal rencana proyek ditargetkan pada minggu ke-18, namun pada aktualnya pelaksanaan proyek pada minggu ke-18 baru mencapai 87%. Sedangkan pada pengendalian pelaksanaan proyek dengan crashing program dapat mencapai 100% pada minggu ke-16 artinya lebih cepat dari pencapaian pelaksanaan proyek yang ditargetkan perusahaan. | |||||||||
