Abstract
The aim of the research is to describe the impact of the Cengkareng-Batuceper-Kunciran Toll Road development on the socio-economic conditions of the community. Does the impact of toll road construction affect socio-economic factors. The sampling technique is used simple random sampling. The type of research is quantitative and utilizes multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical tool. The tests conducted research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), as well as hypothesis testing (F-test and t-test). This research is located in Tanah Tinggi Sub-district, Tangerang District, Tangerang City.The reseach was conducted during two month in March-April 2023. The determination of the research area was done purposively or intentionally.The R-square value is 0.219, which means that only 21.9% of the factors that explain the impact of toll road development can be explained by social and economic factors. Simultaneously and partially, the independent variables, which are social and economic factors, do not have a significant influence on the dependent variable.The research located in Tanah Tinggi Subdistrict states that the positive and negative impact of toll road development affceted socio- economic condition of the community. This reasearch has other factors that affect the impact but were not explained in this study, which can be elucidated through in-depth interviews regarding the factors that have an influence on the impact of toll road development.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dampak pembangunan Jalan Tol Cengkareng-Batuceper-Kunciran terhadap kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Apakah dampak pembangunan jalan tol mempengaruhi faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai alat analisis. Uji yang dilakukan mencakup uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2), serta pengujian hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tanah Tinggi, Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Tangerang. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua bulan pada Maret-April 2023. Penentuan wilayah penelitian dilakukan secara purposif atau dengan sengaja.Nilai R-square adalah 0,219, yang berarti hanya 21,9% dari faktor-faktor yang menjelaskan dampak pembangunan jalan tol dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor sosial dan ekonomi. Secara simultan dan parsial, variabel independen, yaitu faktor sosial dan ekonomi, tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Tanah Tinggi menyatakan bahwa dampak positif dan negatif dari pembangunan jalan tol mempengaruhi kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini memiliki faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi dampak tetapi tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini, yang dapat dijelaskan melalui wawancara mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada dampak pembangunan jalan tol. | |||||||||
