Abstract
The purpose of this Final Project Report is to find out the procedure for filing motor vehicle tax mutations at the Pandeglang Samsat and what are the constraints in submitting mutations and the amount of data for filing motor vehicle tax mutations at Pandeglang Samsat. The report was carried out by asking questions and making direct observations at the Pandeglang Samsat Office. The result of this final project report is to find that the procedure for inter-regency and inter-provincial motor vehicle tax transfers in Pandeglang Samsat can be said well. The procedure for submitting a mutation is carried out by filling out a form, bringing the original STNK, original BPKB, bringing proof of payment of the PKB/BBNKB and SWDKLLJ with the SKPD (local tax assessment letter) which has been validated for the last year and bringing proof of the results of a physical check of the vehicle. Obstacles that occur when changing STNK and PLAT motorized vehicles usually occur due to taxpayers losing their STNK or leasing, because of this they have to carry out transfer fees and motor vehicle tax transfers. Based on the writing of the Final Project Report, it can be concluded that the filing of motor vehicle tax transfers between regencies and cities between provinces is the transfer of the owner's address from one province to another, which aims to clarify the identity of the vehicle.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pengajuan mutasi pajak kendaraan bermotor di Samsat Pandeglang serta apa saja kendala-kendala pengajuan mutasi dan jumlah data pengajuan mutasi pajak kendaraan bermotor di Samsat Pandeglang. Laporan dilakukan dengan tanya jawab serta melakukan observasi langsung di Kantor Samsat Pandeglang. Hasil dari laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah menemukan bahwa Prosedur Pengajuan Mutasi Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Antar Kabupaten dan Kota Antar Provinsi Di Samsat Pandeglang dapat dikatakan dengan baik. Prosedur untuk pengajuan mutasi dilakukan dengan cara mengisi formulir, membawa STNK asli, BPKB asli, membawa bukti pelunasan PKB/BBNKB dan SWDKLLJ dengan SKPD (surat ketetapan pajak daerah) yang telah divalidasi tahun terakhir dan membawa bukti hasil pemeriksaan cek fisik kendaraan. Kendala yang terjadi pada saat pergantian STNK dan PLAT kendaraan bermotor biasaya terjadi karena adanya wajib pajak yang kehilangan STNK ataupun terjadinya leasing, karena itu harus melakukan bea balik nama dan mutasi pajak kendaraan bermotor. Berdasarkan penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengajuan mutasi pajak kendaraan bermotor antar kabupaten dan kota antar provinsi adalah perpindahanyaalamat pemilik dari satu provinsi ke provinsi yang lain, yang bertujuan untuk memperjelas identitas kendaraan. | |||||||||
