Abstract
ndonesia needs a national development fund and one of the main sources of funds are from savings. The banking industry is one very important component in the national economy in order to maintain a balance of progress and national unity economy. The research is aimed to find out the influencing of interest rates, gross domestic product (GDP), and inflation on savings in Indonesia period 2008:I – 2015:IV. The analysis method of the data that was used is the model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Calculation method weared is method Eviews 8. The data that was used in this research was the data time series from 2008:I2015:IV. The results of this study show that the interest rate variable have negatively significant influence to savings, gross domestic product (GDP) variable have positively significant influence to savings, and inflation have positively but not significant influence to savings in Indonesia period 2008:I –

| Additional Information: | Indonesia membutuhkan dana pembangunan nasional dan salah satu sumber dananya adalah dari tabungan. Industri perbankan merupakan salah satu komponen sangat penting dalam perekonomian nasional demi menjaga keseimbangan kemajuan dan kesatuan ekonomi nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat suku bunga, Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), dan inflasi terhadap Tabungan Masyarakat di Indonesia Periode 2008:I2015:IV. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Model penghitungan yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan E-views 8. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series dari 2008:I-2015:IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tabungan masyarakat, variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tabungan masyarakat, dan variabel inflasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap tabungan masyarakat di Indonesia Periode 2008:I-2015:IV. | |||||||||
