Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of DAU, SILPA and PAD on economic growth through the mediation of regional spending and to analyze whether there is a flypaper effect on regional spending in City/District Governments in Banten Province.The research analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population and sample in this study are City/Regency Governments in Banten Province for the period 2015 – 2022. The data used is secondary data collected by documentation techniques. In analyzing the data, this study uses multiple regression analysis, simple and mediation test (sobel test). The results of this study indicate that DAU has a negative effect on economic growth, PAD has a significant positive effect on economic growth, SILPA has a negative effect on economic growth, regional spending has a positive effect on economic growth, DAU and PAD have a positive effect on regional spending, SILPA has a negative effect on regional spending, regional spending can mediate DAU and SILPA on economic growth, regional spending cannot mediate PAD on economic growth and does not there was a flypaper effect on regional spending in City/Regency Governments in Banten Province for the period 2015 – 2022. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh DAU, SILPA dan PAD terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui mediasi belanja daerah serta menganalisis apakah terjadi Flypaper effect pada belanja daerah pada Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Banten. Metode analisis penelitian yang dgunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Banten periode 2015 – 2022. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, sederhana dan uji mediasi (sobel tes). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa DAU berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, PAD berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, SILPA berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, DAU dan PAD berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja daerah, SILPA berpengaruh negatif terhadap belanja daerah, belanja daerah dapat memediasi DAU dan SILPA terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja daerah tidak dapat memediasi PAD terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tidak terjadi Flypaper effect pada belanja daerah pada Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Banten periode 2015 – 2022.
