Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training (X1), discipline (X2) and motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y). The method used in this research is quantitative research with random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and the measuring instrument used is a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS 3.3.1 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Training has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. (2) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan (X1), motivasi (X2) dan disiplin (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.3.1 versi student. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
