Abstract

In the direction of future energy policy in the Rencana Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN), there is one goal increasing the efficiency of energy use, but this goal cannot yet be achieved because it needs to be supported by the presence of industry. Therefore, to prepare the solar cell industry in Indonesia, continuous research development is needed to produce basic materials for solar panels with high efficiency as indicated by the Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) value, and good solar cell performance. Currently, solar cell research continues to be developed until the compound material using Quantum Dot Sensitized Solar Cell (QDSSC) which has higher efficiency compared to Dye Sensitized Solar Cells is replaced by Perovskite Solar Cell (PSC) because it can provide higher efficiency than QDSSC. However, in perovskite solar cell fabrication some stages need to be taken into account because these stages can affect the performance of the solar cell, the stage in question is the deposition stage. Deposition has an important role in forming the thickness of the layer formed. In this research, the fabrication of solar cells with the configuration ITO/PCBM/CsPbI3/PEDOT:Ag in the deposition stage was made using the spin coating method and deposition was influenced by several factors, they are the duration of the spin coating and rotation speed. Based on the results of electrical measurement characterization in the form of a solar cell I-V test system, the sample with the highest PCE value was found at a speed of 2000 rpm at 45 seconds with a PCE value of 1.15%, while increasing speed caused a decrease in the PCE value, this is proven by the PCE value obtained The lowest was found in the sample speed of 4000 rpm at 30 seconds with a PCE value of 0.002%.

Additional Information: Dalam arah kebijakan energi ke depan pada Rencana Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN) terdapat salah satu tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pemanfaatan energi, akan tetapi tujuan tersebut belum bisa dicapai karena perlu didukung hadirnya industri. Maka dari itu dalam rangka mempersiapkan industri sel surya di Indonesia diperlukan pengembangan riset secara terus-menerus agar menghasilkan material dasar panel surya dengan efisiensi yang tinggi ditunjukan dengan nilai Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE). dan performa sel surya yang baik. Saat ini, riset sel surya terus dikembangkan hingga material senyawa penggunaan Quantum Dot Sensitized Solar Cell (QDSSC) yang mempunyai efisiensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Dye Sensitized Solar Cell digantikan oleh adanya Perovskite Solar Cell (PSC) sebab mampu memberikan efisiensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan QDSSC. Namun dalam fabrikasi sel surya perovskite terdapat tahapan yang perlu diperhatikan sebab tahapan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi performa sel surya, tahapan yang dimaksud adalah tahapan deposisi. Deposisi memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan ketebalan lapisan yang terbentuk. Pada penelitian ini fabrikasi sel surya dengan konfigurasi ITO/PCBM/CsPbI3/PEDOT:Ag dalam tahap deposisi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode spin coating dan deposisi dipengaruhi beberapa faktor yakni durasi spin coating dan kecepatan rotasi. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi electrical measurement berupa solar cell I-V test system, sampel dengan nilai PCE tertinggi terdapat pada sampel kecepatan 2000 rpm pada 45 detik dengan perolehan nilai PCE sebesar 1,15% sedangkan penambahan kecepatan menyebabkan penurunan nilai PCE, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai PCE terendah terdapat pada sampel kecepatan 4000 rpm pada 30 detik dengan perolehan nilai PCE sebesar 0,002%.
