Abstract
Pandeglang Regency is one of the areas affected by the Sunda Strait tsunami. The tsunami that occurred in Pandeglang Regency not only resulted in casualties but there were still many losses in the material sector as a result of the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. The priority for recovery is the housing sector because it has a direct impact on community life. This study aims to find out how the management of infrastructure development strategies after the Sunda Strait tsunami by Bappeda of Pandeglang Regency. The research method used in this thesis is a qualitative research method. In this qualitative research method, the instrument or research tool is the researcher himself. Therefore the researcher as an instrument must also be "validated" how far the qualitative researcher is ready to carry out research that will then go into the field. The conclusion of this study shows that all related agencies in Pandeglang Regency help each other in the infrastructure development process, especially BPBD, PERKIM and BAPPEDA themselves, but in post-tsunami infrastructure development in Pandeglang Regency, especially in Sumberjaya Village, Sumur District, permanent housing cannot be built due to constraints land acquisition, so that a total of 251 residential units remain at risk of not being completed on time. This happened due to the lack of good communication between the field and the province, resulting in a fatal miscommunication which resulted in the land acquisition process being hampered.

| Additional Information: | Kabupaten Pandeglang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terkena dampak tsunami selat sunda, Tsunami yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pandeglang bukan hanya mengakibatkan korban jiwa akan tetapi masih banyak kerugian di bidang materi yang di akibatkan dari bencana Tsunami Selat Sunda,Prioritas pemulihan adalah sektor permukiman karena berdampak langsung terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen strategi pembangunan infrastruktur pasca tsunami selat sunda oleh Bappeda Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dalam metode penelitian kualitatif ini yang menjadi instrumen atau alat penelitian adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu peneliti sebagai instrumen juga harus “divalidasi” seberapa jauh peneliti kualitatif siap melakukan penelitian yang selanjutnya terjun ke lapangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua dinas yang terkait di Kabupaten Pandeglang saling membantu dalam proses pembangunan infrastruktur, khususnya BPBD, PERKIM dan BAPPEDA sendiri, akan tetapi dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pasca tsunami Kabupaten Pandeglang khususnya di Desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Sumur tidak dapat dibangun hunian tetap dikarenakan terkendalanya pembebasan lahan, sehingga sejumlah 251 unit hunian tetap terancam tidak dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Hal ini terjadi karena kurang baiknya komunikasi pihak lapangan dan pihak provinsi sehingga terjadi miskomunikasi yang cukup fatal sehingga mengakibatkan proses pembebasan lahan terhambat. | |||||||||
