Abstract
Agriculture plays an important role in the national economy, one of them in food self-sufficiency with increased production of staple food. Rice and soybeans as staple crops have become a concern in Indonesia. In the period of 5 years, in 2011-2015 the amount of agricultural production in the subsector of rice crops and soybean in Indonesia has decreased and increased. In 2014 the number of agricultural production in the subsector of rice and soybean crops in Indonesia had decreased, although in 2015 experienced a considerable increase. In increasing the production of rice and soybeans can not be separated from problems such as subsidized fertilizer, harvested area, and a very influential workforce. This study aims to find out how big the influence of variables of subsidized fertilizer, harvested area, and labor to the amount of agricultural production of food crops sub-sector (case study of rice and soybean) in Indonesia year 20112015 which later expected can be consideration in determining the policy and effort increased production of rice and soybeans in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data from BPS and Agricultural Statistics. This research uses data panel method with FEM model with Eviews 8 software. The result of this research shows that the variable of subsidized fertilizer, and the area of harvest have a significant positive effect, while the variable of labor has a significant negative effect to the amount of agricultural production of food crops sub-sector (case study of rice and soybean) in Indonesia year 20112015.

| Additional Information: | Pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, salah satunya dalam kemandirian pangan dengan peningkatan produksi pangan pokok. Padi dan kedelai sebagai tanaman pokok telah menjadi perhatian di Indonesia. Dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun, tahun 2011-2015 jumlah produksi pertanian subsektor tanaman pangan padi dan kedelai di Indonesia telah mengalami penurunan dan kenaikan. Tahun 2014 jumlah produksi pertanian subsektor tanaman pangan padi dan kedelai di Indonesia sempat mengalami penurunan, walaupun pada tahun 2015 mengalami kenaikan yang cukup besar. Dalam meningkatkan jumlah produksi padi dan kedelai tidak terlepas dari permasalahan seperti pupuk bersubsidi, luas panen, dan tenaga kerja yang sangat berpengaruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel pupuk bersubsidi, luas panen, dan tenaga kerja terhadap jumlah produksi pertanian subsektor tanaman pangan (studi kasus padi dan kedelai) di Indonesia tahun 2011-2015 yang nanti diharapkan bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam menentukan kebijakan dan upaya peningkatan produksi padi dan kedelai di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari BPS dan Statistik Pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode panel data dengan model FEM dengan bantuan software Eviews 8. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pupuk bersubsidi, dan luas panen berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi pertanian subsektor tanaman pangan (studi kasus padi dan kedelai) di Indonesia tahun 2011-2015. | |||||||||
