Abstract

Bank Banten Kck Serang uses a marketing mix in marketing its products, which is 7p, but when viewed from Bank Banten marketing its products, Bank Banten Kck Serang is still lagging behind compared to other banks. Purpose of writing this final project is to know, study and understand how to implement the marketing mix at Bank Banten Kck Serang. The method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative method. The type of data collected by the author is primary and secondary data, primary data is obtained directly in the research field, while secondary data is obtained by the author directly through journals, books, articles, websites. Collecting data in writing this Final Project uses interviews, observation, and secondary data documentation. The results of this final project show that the implementation of the marketing mix by Bank Banten Kck Serang is quite good, by implementing the 7p marketing mix, but Bank Banten Kck Serang needs to expand its promotion mix so that the products marketed by Bank Banten Kck Serang are more recognized by many people, and also not left behind by other banks in the sense that it remains comparable and can also continue to grow in market share to satisfy the needs and wants of market share.

Additional Information: Bank Banten Kck Serang dalam memasarkan produknya menggunakan bauran pemasran yaitu 7p, namun jika dilihat dari Bank Banten memasarkan produknya, Bank Banten Kck Serang ini masih tertinggal dibandingkan Bank-Bank lain. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini ialah untuk mengetahui, mempelajari dan memahami bagaimana implementasi bauran pemasaran pada Bank Banten kck Serang. Metode yang penulis gunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan oleh penulis adalah data primer dan sekunder, data primer yaitu yang diperoleh langsung dilapangan peneliti, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh penulis secara langsung melalui Jurnal, Buku, Artikel, Website. Pengumpulan data dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi data sekunder. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini memperlihatkan bahwa implementasi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan Bank Banten Kck Serang ini sudah cukup baik, dengan menerapkan bauran pemasaran 7p, tetapi Bank Banten Kck Serang perlu memperluas lagi dalam bauran promosinya, agar produk-produk yang dipasarkan Bank Banten Kck Serang lebih dikenal lagi oleh banyak masyarakat, dan juga tidak tertinggal oleh Bank-Bank lain dalam arti tetap sebanding dan juga dapat terus berkembang dalam pangsa pasar untuk memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan pangsa pasar.
