Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Profitability on Company Value; (2) The Effect Activity Ratio on Company Value; (3) The Effect Profitability on Dividend Policy; (4) The Effect Activity Ratio on Dividend Policy; (5) The Effect Dividend Policy on Company Value. This research was conducted on tourism, restaurant and hotel sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population in this study were all companies in the tourism, restaurant, and hotel sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 – 2019. The sample in this study consisted of 5 companies from a population of 20 companies using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 with descriptive statistic analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, paired sample t-test, and path analysis. The result of this study show that: 1) Profitability (ROA) has positive and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). 2). Activity Ratio (TATO) has positive and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). 3). Profitability (ROA) has positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR). 4). Activity Ratio (TATO) has negative and not significant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR). 5). Dividend Policy (DPR) has negative and not significant effect on Firm Value (PBV).

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor pariwisata, restoran dan hotel di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015 – 2019. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 perusahaan dari populasi 20 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22 dengan dilakukan uji statistik deskripstive, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, paired sampel t-test dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini: 1). Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). 2). Rasio Aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). 3). Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (DPR). 4). Rasio Aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (DPR). 5). Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).
