Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the specifications for optimal plumbing equipment requirements for clean water and sewage systems in mosque buildings. This research was conducted by calculating and researching the relevant parameters. Based on the results of calculations and research that has been done, the specifications for the needs of the plumbing tools obtained are as follows: clean water pipe diameter of 1 inch (2.54 cm), dirty water pipe diameter of 4 inches (10.16 cm), maximum air velocity of 2 m/s, clean water tank volume of 16.065 m3, septic tank volume of 9.98 m3, and pump capacity with flow (Q) of 0.16 L/s and head (pressure) of 11.34 m. The results of this study provide important information for building designers and developers in determining the proper specifications for the plumbing system. By using the specifications obtained, it is expected that the clean water and sewage systems in buildings can operate efficiently and meet the required standards.

Additional Information: Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan spesifikasi kebutuhan alat plumbing yang optimal untuk sistem air bersih dan limbah pada bangunan masjid. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan dan penelitian terhadap parameter-parameter yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, spesifikasi kebutuhan alat plumbing yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: diameter pipa air bersih sebesar 1 inci (2.54 cm), diameter pipa air kotor sebesar 4 inch (10.16 cm), kecepatan air maksimal sebesar 2 m/s, volume tangki air bersih sebesar 16.065 m3, volume septic tank sebesar 9.98 m3, dan kapasitas pompa dengan aliran (Q) sebesar 0.16 L/s dan head (tekanan) sebesar 11.34 m. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi penting bagi para perancang dan pengembang bangunan dalam menentukan spesifikasi yang tepat untuk sistem plumbing. Dengan menggunakan spesifikasi yang diperoleh, diharapkan sistem air bersih dan limbah pada bangunan dapat beroperasi secara efisien dan memenuhi standar yang diperlukan.
