Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the strategies for strengthening spiritual and social attitudes during the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution at SDIT Bina Bangsa. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The subjects of this research are the School Principal, Islamic Education Teacher, 5th Grade Class Teacher, Small Preaching Extracurricular Teacher, Futsal Teacher and 5th Grade Students. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher used triangulation of sources and methods to ensure data validity. The results of the study are as follows: (1) strategies for strengthening spiritual attitudes through learning; (2) strategies for strengthening spiritual attitudes through school activities; (3) strategies for strengthening spiritual attitudes through extracurricular activities; (4) strategies for strengthening social attitudes through learning; (5) strengthening social attitudes through school activities; and (6) strengthening social attitudes through extracurricular activities. In conclusion, the research findings suggest that spiritual and social attitudes can be enhanced through learning, relevant school activities, and extracurricular activities. Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penguatan sikap spiritual dan sosial pada era revolusi industri 4.0 di SDIT Bina Bangsa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Guru Kelas V, Guru Ekstrakurikuler Da’i Cilik, Guru Ekstrakurikuler Futsal dan Peserta Didik Kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) strategi penguatan sikap spiritual melalui pembelajaran; (2) strategi penguatan sikap spiritual melalui kegiatan sekolah; (3) strategi penguatan sikap spiritual melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (4) strategi penguatan sikap sosial melalui pembelajaran; (5) penguatan sikap sosial melalui kegiatan sekolah; dan (6) penguatan sikap sosial melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kesimpulannya, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap spiritual dan sosial dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran, kegiatan sekolah yang relevan, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.
