Abstract
Dawam Syukron (062535) Tinjauan Foto Jurnalistik Majalah TravelXpose (Analisis Semiotik Foto Jurnalistik Tentang Pariwisata Indonesia Dalam Rubrik Domestik) xi + 109 ; 2 Bagan ; 4 Tabel ; 9 Gambar ; 7 Lampiran Skripsi; Kosentrasi Ilmu Jurnalistik ; Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi ; Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik ; Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa ; 2013. Kata Kunci : Denotasi, Konotasi Mitologi dan Ideologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna foto jurnalistik yang ada di majalah TravelXpose. Makna yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah makna denotasi, kontasi, serta mitologi dan ideologi seperti yang diungkapkan Roland Barthes. Sesuatu yang diteliti adalah tanda-tanda dalam foto jurnaliik di majalah TravelXpose. Penelitian memaknai foto menggunakan analisis semiotik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis data menggunakan metode Roland Barthes. Objek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima buah foto. Hasil analisa peneliti, lalu dikembalikan kepada fotografer untuk ditanggapi agar dapat terukur sejauh mana ketepatan pemaknaan yang dilakukakan olehpeneliti. This research signing the photojournalism in TravelXpose magazine using semiotic analysis. This research is using qualitative approach method. Research collected the data through interviews, documentation and data analysis using the model of Roland Barthes. There are five image as the object of this research. The result of this research is confirmed to the photographer to be evaluated, so that the accuration of meaning doing by research can be measured.
