Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of supply chain management as measured through information sharing, long-term relationships, cooperation, and process integration has on business performance at Angkringan in Serang City. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative method research. The data collection method used a questionnaire in the form of a Google form with a total of 46 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique where the entire population is used as a sample. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square analysis through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of this research indicates that: (1) Information sharing has a significant positive effect on business performance. (2) Long-term relationship has a negative and insignificant effect on business performance. (3) Cooperation has a significant positive effect on business performance. (4) Process integration has a significant positive effect on business performance.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh supply chain management yang diukur melalui information sharing, long-term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration terhadap kinerja usaha pada angkringan di Kota Serang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form dengan total 46 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square melalui software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa: (1) Information sharing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. (2) Long-term relationship berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. (3) Cooperation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. (4) Process integration berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. | |||||||||
