Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational environment and procedural justice on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) of Pandeglang Regency. This study used a quantitative method by using causality, namely seeking explanations in the form of causal relationships between several variables. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling or total sampling where all populations were sampled, namely all Disdikpora staff in Pandeglang Regency totaling 150 respondents and data analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. research results show that: 1). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). The organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on ocb. 5). The organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on ocb. 6). Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on ocb. 7). Ocb has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan organisasi dan keadilan prosedural terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga (Disdikpora) Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cara kausalitas yaitu mencari penjelasan dalam bentuk hubungan sebab-akibat antara beberapa variabel, Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh atau sampling total dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu seluruh Pegawai Disdikpora Kabupaten Pandeglang berjumlah 150 responden dan teknik analisis data dengan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2). Lingkungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3). Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4). Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ocb. 5). Lingkungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ocb. 6). Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ocb. 7). Ocb berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
