Abstract

The learning activities carried out were less effective due to a lack of student interest in learning activities, these results were caused by a lack of available learning media and the lack of interest in learning media, so that students' understanding of the subject matter of electricity in the nervous system became less than optimal. One of the media that is interesting and can be developed is interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline. This study aims to develop, determine the level of validity and describe the level of efficiency of the developed learning media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model from Thiagarajan which is modified and adapted to research needs limited to three stages: Define, Design and Development. The instruments used were expert validation sheets to test the validity carried out by material experts, media experts and junior high school science teachers as well as student response questionnaires to measure the level of efficiency of the product being developed. The results showed that the validation results of interactive learning media based on the Articulate Storyline theme of electricity on the nervous system to foster interest in learning for class IX students as a whole based on the validation results from several validators obtained a percentage value of 92.20%, according to material experts obtained a percentage value of 84 .34% in the "Very Valid" category, media experts obtain a percentage value of 97,61% and science teachers obtain a percentage value of 94.60% in the "Very Valid" category. The results of the efficiency level of the learning media obtained a percentage value of 89.94% in the "Very Efficient" category.

Additional Information: Kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan berjalan kurang efektif karena kurangnya minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, hasil tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya media pembelajaran yang tersedia dan kurang menariknya media pembelajaran, sehingga pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi tema keistrikan pada sistem saraf menjadi kurang maksimal. Salah satu media yang menarik dan dapat dikembangkan yaitu media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui tingkat kevalidan dan mendeskripsikan tingkat efisiensi dari media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D dari Thiagarajan yang dimodifikasi dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian dibatasi dalam tiga tahap yaitu : Pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi ahli untuk menguji kevalidan yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan guru IPA SMP serta angket respon siswa untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi dari produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi dari media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline tema kelistrikan pada sistem saraf untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa kelas IX secara keseluruhan berdasarkan hasil validasi dari beberapa validator memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 92,20%, menurut ahli materi memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 84,34% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”, ahli media memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 97,61 % dan guru IPA memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 94,60% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Hasil tingkat efisiensi dari media pembelajaran memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 89,94% dengan kategori “Sangat Efisien”.
