Abstract
Government performance can be seen through employee performance. The problem of employee performance that has been described can be carried out if there are variables other than the variables above, namely the organizational culture variable. The focus of this research is on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Banten Province. The problems in this study are: Data updating is not carried out properly by Banten Province BPS employees, limited human resources in the IT field at the Banten Province Central Bureau of Statistics, and public information that is not up-to-date if visitors come directly to the Banten Province Central Bureau of Statistics. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Banten Province. The research method used is quantitative method, data collection techniques are carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires to respondents, and documentation. This study uses the theory of Organizational Culture variables from Robbins and the theory of Employee Performance variables from Gomez. The research sample in this study were all employees of the Banten Provincial Statistics Agency. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Kinerja pemerintah dapat dilihat melalui kinerja pegawai. Persoalan kinerja pegawai yang telah diuraikan dapat dijalankan apabila terdapat variabel selain variabel diatas yakni variabel budaya organisasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu: Updating data tidak terlaksana dengan baik oleh pegawai BPS Provinsi Banten, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dibidang IT di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten, dan informasi publik yang belum terkini/ter-update jika pengunjung datang langsung ke Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori variabel Budaya Organisasi dari Robbins dan teori variabel Kinerja Pegawai dari Gomez. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. | |||||||||
