Abstract
This study discusses the influence of employee supervision and development on the effectiveness of employee work at the housing, residential area and land affairs offices in Pandeglang Regency. Work effectiveness is a success in the achievements made by groups or individuals in carrying out work which can be seen from the quality, work time, and results obtained. This study aims to determine the influence of employee supervision and development on the effectiveness of employee work at the Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Office of Pandeglang Regency. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study amounted to 67 people, where the entire population was used as a sample. The type of data used is primary data taken by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale measurement. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis and with the help of SPSS 23. The results obtained from the calculation of multiple linear regression are Y = 8.948 + 0.361x1 + 0.453x2 which means supervision and coaching have a positive influence on employee work effectiveness at the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Affairs, Pandeglang Regency. The results of the f-test analysis obtained a significant value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) which means that together Supervision and coaching have a positive and significant influence. On the Effectiveness of Employee Work at the Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Office of Pandeglang Regency.

Efektivitas kerja merupakan suatu keberhasilan dalam pencapaian yang dilakukan oleh kelompok atau individu dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang dapat dilihat dari kualitas, waktu pekerjaan, dan hasil yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengawasan dan pembinaan pegawai terhadap efeketivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dan sample pada penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang, dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diambil dengan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert 5 point. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda serta dengan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dari penghitungan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y= 8,948+0,361x1+0,453x2 yang berarti Pengawasan dan pembinaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Pandeglang. Hasil analisis uji f diperoleh nilai signifikannya sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) yang berarti secara bersama-sama Pengawasan dan pembinaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.
