Abstract
This study aims to determine (1) women's participation, (2) the program implementation process, and (3) the factors that influence women's participation in the implementation of entrepreneurship programs in joint venture groups assisted by the Tangerang City Social Service. The results of the research that has been carried out show that: (1) the form of women's participation in the implementation of the entrepreneurship program implemented by the Tangerang City Social Service is included in active participation, with the involvement of women in decision-making such as agreeing on all regulations that have been established in the form of an agreement and being responsible for fulfilling the obligations assigned to participants. Women also participate in coordinating group members as group leaders, and their participation and attendance are documented through an attendance list. Additionally, participants are able to provide opinions related to determining the schedule for implementing the entrepreneurship program and utilize the knowledge and attitudes gained to run a business. They are also involved in the evaluation conducted by the program instructor after delivering the material. (2) The process of implementing the first entrepreneurship program begins with initial contact with the participants, followed by an assessment of their needs. Alternative programs are then planned, and the entrepreneurship program is formulated and determined. The program is carried out with a schedule of three sessions per week, using three methods: lectures, discussions, and practice. The evaluation stage includes reporting attendance and evaluating the materials provided to the participants. Finally, the termination stage occurs after the completion of the entrepreneurship program. (3) The influencing factors include internal factors such as age and education, as well as external factors stemming from a supportive environment.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) partisipasi perempuan (2) proses pelaksanaan program (3) faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi perempuan dalam pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan pada kelompok usaha bersama binaan Dinas Sosial Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) bentuk partisipasi perempuan dalam pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Tangerang termasuk kedalam partisipasi aktif, dengan adanya keterlibatan perempuan dalam bentuk pengambilan keputusan seperti menyepakati segala peraturan yang telah ditetapkan berupa kesepakatan dan bertanggung jawab yang harus dipenuhi peserta, dalam pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan melibatkan ketua kelompok dalam mengkoordinasikan anggota kelompok, selain itu keikutsertaan dan kehadiran peserta dibuktikan dalam bentuk daftar kehadiran dan peserta mampu memberikan pendapat terkait penentuan jadwal dalam pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan, dalam pengambilan pemanfaatan yang diperoleh peserta berupa pengetahuan dan sikap maupun perilaku dalam menjalankan usaha, dan adanya ketelibatan peserta dalam evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh instruktur program setelah pemberian materi. (2) proses pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan pertama diawali dengan kontak awal dengan peserta, kedua pengkajian terkait kebutuhan peserta, ketiga perencanaan alternatif program, keempat merumuskan dan menentukan program kewirasuahaan, kelima melaksanakan program kewirausahaan dengan jadwal 3 kali dalam 1 minggu, menggunakan 3 metode yaitu ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek, keenam yaitu tahap evaluasi dengan laporan hasil berupa absensi dan evaluasi materi kepada peserta, dan tahap terminasi dilaksanakan paska pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan. (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi berasal dari faktor internal yaitu usia dan pendidikan dan faktor eksternal berasal dari faktor lingkungan yang saling mendukung. | |||||||||
