Abstract
This final project report is entitled "Settlement of BPJS Dues Receivable in the Local Government Sector at the Serang Branch of BPJS Health". The purpose of this report is to find out how the settlement and obstacles to the Serang Branch Health BPJS are. Data collection techniques used in this observation using the method of observation (direct observation in the field) and interviews. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results obtained are Settlement of Contribution Receivables at the Serang Branch Health BPJS, there are 5 stages from each party. The first is from the Regional Government, namely compiling the Regional Government Budget, collecting data on BPJS contributions which are the responsibility of the Regional Government, communicating with the BPJS, payments according to the Virtual Account (VA) that has been provided by the BPJS. The second is from the BPJS, namely preparing bills, checking and giving approval, submitting to the Regional Government, confirming payments from the regional government, and monitoring contribution receipts and archiving proof of payment of contributions. Obstacles found during the settlement of BPJS contribution receivables in the Regional Government sector at BPJS Health (KC Serang), namely: Not yet budgeted for the 2023 budget, Underfunding from the Regional Government in 2022, Limited amount of regional treasury, and Lack of HR from BPJS in Billing and Finance

| Additional Information: | Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul “Penyelesaian Piutang Iuran BPJS Disektor Pemerintah Daerah Pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Serang”. Tujuan dari laporan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelesaian dan kendala pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pengamatan ini menggunakan metode observasi (pengamatan langsung dilapangan) dan wawancara. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil yang didapat yaitu Penyelesaian Piutang Iuran pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Serang terdapat 5 tahap dari masing-masing pihak. Pertama dari pihak Pemda yaitu Menyusun Anggaran Pemda, Menyiapkan data-data iuran BPJS yang menjadi tanggung jawab Pemda, Melakukan komunikasi dengan pihak BPJS, Menyiapkan pembayaran sesuai dengan Virtual Account (VA) yang sudah diberikan oleh pihak BPJS. Yang kedua dari pihak BPJS yaitu Menyusun surat tagihan, Memeriksa dan memberikan persetujuan, Menyampaikan kepada Pemerintah Daerah, Mengkonfirmasi pembayaran pihak Pemda, dan Melakukan monitoring penerimaan iuran dan mengarsipkan bukti bayar iuran. Kendala yang ditemukan pada saat penyelesaian piutang iuran BPJS disektor Pemerintah Daerah pada BPJS Kesehatan (KC Serang) yaitu : Belum teranggarkan anggaran 2023, Kurangnya anggaran dari Pemda ditahun 2022, Terbatasnya jumlah kas daerah, dan Kurangnya SDM dari BPJS dibidang Penagihan dan Keuangan | |||||||||
