Abstract
Productivity is the backbone of a company, meaning that an increase in productivity in a company shows the company's success in achieving productivity. IKM Permata is one of the companies that produces glue hotel slippers with a large amount of waste every day. The higher the level of demand for producing hotel slippers, the greater the amount of waste, while the existing waste is left unprocessed. Based on these problems, this study aims to increase company productivity and also reduce existing waste. This study uses the green productivity approach and the pairwise comparison method. Green productivity is a strategy to increase profitability by increasing productivity and environmental performance. The pairwise comparison method is a decision support method for selecting solutions from alternatives based on a number of evaluation criteria. The results showed that the best alternative proposed results could reduce 1275 kg of EVA sponge waste or 100% of waste and increase the GPI value to 0.0302.

| Additional Information: | Produktivitas ialah tulang punggung suatu perusahaan, artinya peningkatan produktivitas pada perusahaan menunjukkan keberhasilan perusahaan tersebut dalam mencapai produktivitas. IKM Permata merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi sandal hotel lem dengan jumlah limbah yang banyak setiap harinya. Semakin tinggi tingkat permintaan untuk memproduksi sandal hotel maka jumlah limbah juga akan semakin banyak, sedangkan limbah yang ada dibiarkan begitu saja tidak diolah dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan dan juga mengurangi limbah yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan green productivity dan metode pairwise comparison. Produktivitas hijau adalah strategi untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas dengan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja lingkungan. Metode pairwise comparison ialah metode pendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih solusi dari alternatif berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk hasil usulan alternatif terbaik dapat mengurangi limbah spon eva sebanyak 1275 kg atau 100% limbah dan mampu meningkatkan nilai GPI menjadi 0,0302. | |||||||||
