Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 had a sizeable impact not only in the manufacturing industry but also in the agricultural sector. The implication was that there was an increase in the use of Information and Communication Technology in several aspects of agricultural development. One of the information technologies developed was Cyber Extension. Since March 2020 the outbreak (Covid-19) in Indonesia has become a problem for agricultural extension workers in carrying out their main tasks and functions. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach to hypothesis testing using non- parametric statistics with Multiple Linear Regression through the SPSS program (Statistical Package for the Social Science). This study used a questionnaire, namely the survey method, the data used were ordinal scale data and the sampling used the slovin method. The use of digital-based media such as Smartphones, Internet and Laptops by respondents is commonly used. Digital-Based Agricultural Extension Media has a significant effect on the Adoption Rate in the Implementation of the Jajar Legowo Rice Cultivating System. Very close relationship with the R coefficient value of 0.713 which is close to number one. It is necessary to increase the provision of material information regarding the Jajar Legowo rice planting system and to optimize technological developments in providing information.

Additional Information: Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberikan dampak yang cukup besar tidak hanya pada industri manufaktur tetapi juga pada sektor pertanian. Implikasinya adalah terjadi peningkatan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam beberapa aspek pembangunan pertanian. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang dikembangkan adalah Cyber Extension. Sejak Maret 2020 wabah (Covid-19) di Indonesia menjadi kendala bagi penyuluh pertanian dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistik non parametrik dengan Regresi Linier Berganda melalui program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science). Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yaitu metode survey, data yang digunakan adalah data skala ordinal dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Penggunaan media berbasis digital seperti Smartphone, Internet dan Laptop oleh responden sudah umum digunakan. Media Penyuluhan Pertanian Berbasis Digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Adopsi dalam Penerapan Sistem Budidaya Padi Jajar Legowo. Hubungan sangat erat dengan nilai koefisien R sebesar 0,713 yang mendekati angka satu. Perlu adanya peningkatan pemberian materi informasi mengenai sistem tanam padi jajar legowo dan mengoptimalkan perkembangan teknologi dalam memberikan informasi.
