Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, Islamic work motivation and the application of sharia principles on the performance of employees of PT BJB Syariah KC Serang. This research uses quantitative methods and the sample is all employees of PT BJB Syariah KC Serang. This research also uses data analysis methods with the help of IBM SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of research using the SPSS version 25 method, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination is 35.9% which shows the influence of the work environment, work motivation and the application of sharia principles on employee performance, while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. From the results of the T test it can be concluded that the work environment (X1) has no partial effect on employee performance, while Islamic work motivation (X2) and the application of sharia principles (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BJB Syariah KC Serang. And from the results of the F test it can be concluded that the work environment, Islamic work motivation and the application of sharia principles simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT BJB Syariah KC Serang.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja islami dan penerapan prinsip syariah terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BJB Syariah KC Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan yang menjadi sampel adalah seluruh karyawan PT. BJB Syariah KC Serang. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode analisis data bantuan Software IBM SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode SPSS versi 25 dapat diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,9% yang menunjukan besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan penerapan prinsip syariah terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil Uji T dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja (X1) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja islami (X2) dan penerapan prinsip syariah (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BJB Syariah KC Serang. Dan dari hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja islami dan penerapan prinsip syariah berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.
