Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Supplier Integration, Customer Integration, and Internal Integration on Supply Chain Performance at PT. Global Mitra Karya Sejati. In this study there are four variables, namely Supplier Integration (X1), Customer Integration (X2), Internal Integration (X3), and Supply Chain Performance (Y). This type of research is Casual Associative using quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sample types. This sample technique was applied in this study because the total population in the study was less than 100, so the sample in this study was the entire population, namely employees of PT. Global Mitra Karya Sejati which handles activities related to suppliers, customers and Internal Integration, totaling 60 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a dara analysis tool, namely SmartPLS version 3. The results of data analysis in this study show that the model is well accepted and can prove that: (1) Supplier Integration has a positive and significant effect on Supply Chain Performance. (2) Customer Integration has a positive and significant effect on Supply Chain Performance. (3) Internal Integration has a positive and significant effect on Supply Chain Performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Integrasi Pemasok, Integrasi Pelanggan, dan Integrasi Initernal terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasokan pada PT. Global Mitra Karya Sejati. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel, yaitu Integrasi Pemasok (X1), Integrasi Pelanggan (X2), Integrasi Internal (X3), dan Kinerja Rantai Pasok (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif Kausal dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Teknik sampel ini diterapkan pada penelitian ini dikarenakan jumlah populasi pada penelitian kurang dari 100, sehingga sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu karyawan PT. Global Mitra Karya Sejati yang menangani terkait dengan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pemasok, pelanggan, dan Integrasi Internal, yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis data yaitu SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukan model dapat diterima dengan baik dan dapat membuktikan bahwa: (1) Integrasi Pemasok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok. (2) Integrasi Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok. (3) Integrasi Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok. | |||||||||
