Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher creativity in carrying out distance learning activities and describe the impact of teacher creativity in distance learning. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The qualitative research method is a research method in which the data is presented in the form of clear and concise written narrative descriptions. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Currently, learning is carried out online. The learning process is carried out starting with greetings and greetings, attendance, core, and closing. The existence of distance learning has had quite a serious impact on students, especially the decline in grades and also the lack of knowledge of the lessons given by the teacher to students, because there are still many students who do not understand the material that will be discussed at that time by the teacher and the consequences the impact of this distance learning is very much and what happens when researchers conduct research that is more visible is only the value.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan mendeskripsikan dampak dari kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang data-datanya di sajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi narasi tulisan secara jelas dan padat. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada saat ini pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring/online. Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di mulai dengan sapaan dan salam, absensi, inti, dan penutup. Dengan adanya pembelajaran jarak jauh ini mengakibatkan dampak yang cukup serius bagi siswa terlebih menurunya nilai dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan pelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa, sebab masih banyak siswa yang sama sekali tidak mengerti tentang materi yang akan di bahas pada saat itu oleh guru dan akibatnya dampak dari pembelajaran jarak jauh ini sangat banyak dan yang terjadi di saat peneliti melakukan penelitian yang lebih terlihat hanya nilai saja.
