Abstract

In every job will always contain potential hazards that threaten safety and health, therefore the prevention and control of potential hazards is very necessary so that work accidents do not occur. work accidents are generally caused by two factors, namely human and environmental. The human factor is the unsafe actions of humans such as deliberately violating the required work safety regulations, the lack of skill of the workers themselves, while the environmental factor is the unsafe state of the environment which involves, among others, equipment or machinery. The purpose of the research is to find out what hazards exist using the HIRA method, determine the potential hazard value, to carry out risk control and work improvement proposals, find out what are the factors that cause work accident hazards using the FTA method. The research was conducted using a descriptive method that describes the identification and assessment of OHS risks. Data collection regarding identification and risk assessment is analysed with HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) to determine the causal factors of hazards that have the highest risk value. The results of this study are the results of risk assessment identified 11 risks from 11 hazards from the work process carried out where 4 low risks 4 medium risks and 3 high risks. Where, the hazards of dust, noise, exposure to welding machine fumes are the hazards with the highest risk value. Risk control measures can be carried out by using PPE such as masks, ear plugs, and googles.

Additional Information: Pada setiap pekerjaan akan selalu mengandung potensi bahaya yang mengancam keselamatan serta kesehatan oleh karena itu pencegahan dan pengendalian potensi bahaya sangat diperlukan agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja. kecelakaan kerja pada umumnya disebabkan oleh dua faktor yaitu manusia dan lingkungan. Faktor manusia yaitu tindakan tidak aman dari manusia seperti sengaja melanggar peraturan keselamatan kerja yang diwajibkan, kurang terampilnya pekerja itu sendiri, sedangkan dari faktor lingkungan yaitu keadaan tidak aman dari lingkungan yang menyangkut antara lain peralatan atau mesin-mesin. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui bahaya apa saja yang ada dengan menggunkan metode HIRA, mengetahui nilai potensi bahaya, untuk melakukan pengendalian risiko dan usulan perbaikan kerja, mengetahui apa saja faktor penyebab bahaya kecelakaan kerja dengan menggunakan metode FTA. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan terkait identifikasi dan penilaian risiko K3. Pengambilan data mengenai identifikasi dan penilaian risiko dianalisa dengan HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment) dan FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab dari bahaya yang memiliki nilai risiko paling tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil risk assesment teridentifikasi 11 risiko dari 11 bahaya dari proses pekerjaan yang dilakukan dimana 4 risiko low 4 risiko medium dan 3 risiko hight. Dimana, bahaya debu, kebisingan, terpapar asap mesin las menjadi bahaya dengan nilai risiko paling tinggi. Tindakan pengendalian risiko dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan APD seperti masker, ear plug, dan googles.
