Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of learning culture and learning motivation on the self-efficacy of trainees at the Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center. The population consists of trainees who are members of the CBT (Competency Based Training) program in 2023 with vocational electrical engineering, welding engineering, manufacturing, ICT, and garment totaling 192 people, the sample in this study uses the slovin technique with an error rate of 5%, which is 130 people. The background of this study is that there are indications of problems in some trainees who do not understand the learning culture in the training process so that the learning motivation of the trainees is reduced and has an impact on the self-efficacy of trainees, where self-efficacy plays an important role as capital to enter the world of work. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires, observations and documentation. This research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The data is then processed and analyzed using the SPSS-25 application. The results showed that: 1) learning culture had a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of trainees, 2) learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of trainees, 3) learning culture and learning motivation simultaneously had a very significant influence on the self-efficacy of trainees at the Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap Efikasi diri peserta pelatihan di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Serang. Populasi terdiri dari peserta pelatihan yang tergabung dalam program PBK (Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi) tahun 2023 dengan kejuruan teknik listrik, teknik las, manufaktur, TIK, dan garmen yang berjumlah 192 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% yaitu sebanyak 130 orang. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu terdapat adanya indikasi permasalahan pada beberapa peserta pelatihan yang tidak menyukai budaya belajar dalam proses pelatihannya sehingga motivasi belajar dari peserta pelatihan berkurang dan berdampak pada efikasi diri peserta pelatihan, yang mana efikasi diri sangatlah berperan penting sebagai modal untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS-25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) budaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri peserta pelatihan, 2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri peserta pelatihan, 3) budaya belajar dan motivasi belajar secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap efikasi diri peserta pelatihan di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Serang. | |||||||||
