Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya suatu inovasi pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh Balai Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani Kabupaten Lombok Timur dalam bentuk sistem elektronik rinjani (eRinjani), adanya penerapan sistem eRinjani sebagai bidang pelayanan booking tiket pendakian pada wisatawan, namun dalam pelaksanaannya inovasi ini masih terdapat permasalahan dalam mencapai tujuan, diantaranya masih banyak keluhan wisatawan pada saat registrasi melalui sistem eRinjani, masih terjadinya pemalsuan identitas pada saat registrasi administrasi dan belum terpenuhinya standar e-government pada sumber daya di Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis inovasi pelayanan publik melalui penerapan sistem elektronik rinjani (eRinjani) di Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani di Lombok Timur, penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Rogers (Prabowo, et al., 2022) keunggulan relatif, kesesuaian, kerumitan, kemampuan uji coba dan kemudahan diamati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik informan purposive.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan publik dalam pelayanan booking tiket melalui sistem eRinjani sudah dikatakan berjalan cukup optimal, namun ada dua dimensi yang belum tercapai dalam penerapan sistem eRinjani yaitu compatibilty kesesuaian hal ini dikarenakan sistem eRinjani belum bisa digunakan pada pengguna teknologi ios dan complexity kerumitan pada jumlah sumber daya yang belum memenuhi standar e-government dan kualitas jaringan yang kurang baik.

Additional Information: | This research is motivated by the existence of a service innovation carried out by the Gunung Rinjani National Park Office, East Lombok Regency in the form of the rinjani electronic system (eRinjani), the application of the eRinjani system as a climbing ticket booking service for tourists, but in the implementation of this innovation there are still problems in achieving objectives, including there are still many tourist complaints at the time of registration through the eRinjani system, identity falsification still occurs during administrative registration and e-government standards have not been met for resources in Mount Rinjani National Park. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze public service innovation through the application of the Rinjani electronic system (eRinjani) in Mount Rinjani National Park in East Lombok, this research refers to Rogers' theory (in Prabowo, et al, 2022: ) relative advantage, suitability, complexity, trialability and observability. The method used in this research is through a qualitative approach with purposive informant techniques. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation and member checks. The results of the study show that public service innovation in ticket booking services through the eRinjani system has been said to be running quite optimally, but there are two dimensions that have not been achieved in the implementation of the eRinjani system, namely compatibility. the number of resources that do not meet e-government standards and poor network quality. | ||||||
