Abstract
Instructor is a person who conveys something knowledge in informal education where the person has an active role in the role of the listener / learner. This study aims to determine (1) the role of instructors in bridal makeup training at SKB Serang Regency, (2) increasing entrepreneurial interest through the role of instructors in bridal makeup training at SKB Serang Regency. the method used by the author in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources of this study consisted of 8 people, namely 1 person in charge of the bridal makeup training program, 2 bridal makeup training instructors, and 5 training participants. The results of this study indicate that (1) instructors in bridal makeup training at SKB Serang Regency have performed their roles and duties well, (2) students in bridal makeup training already have an interest in entrepreneurship, through the role of instructors in training can increase students' entrepreneurial interest so that students are increasingly confident to be able to entrepreneurship in the field of bridal makeup.

Additional Information: | Instruktur adalah orang yang menyampaikan sesuatu ilmu dalam pendidikan informal dimana orang tersebut memiliki peran aktif dalam peran si pendengar/peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peran instruktur pada pelatihan tata rias pengantin di SKB Kabupaten Serang, (2) peningkatan minat berwirausaha melalui peran instruktur pada pelatihan tata rias pengantin di SKB Kabupaten Serang. metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 orang, yaitu 1 penanggung jawab program pelatihan tata rias pengantin, 2 instruktur pelatihan tata rias pengantin, dan 5 peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa (1) instruktur pada pelatihan tata rias pengantin di SKB Kabupaten Serang telah melakukan peran dan tugasnya dengan baik, (2) peserta didik pada pelatihan tata rias pengantin sudah memiliki minat berwirausaha, melalui peran instruktur dalam pelatihan dapat meningkatkan minat berwirausaha peserta didik agar peserta didik semakin yakin untuk dapat berwirausaha dibidang tata rias pengantin. | |||||||||
