Abstract
This study aims to influence the control of the production process and the quality of raw materials on the quality of raw materials in CV. Bumi Kreativindo. In this study there are three variables, namely production process control (X1), quality of raw materials (X2) and product quality (Y). This study involved all employees of CV. Bumi Kreativindo in the production division as a sample is 31 employees. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observations and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive, data analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and t test using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Production process control has a significant positive effect on product quality. (2) The quality of raw materials has a significant positive effect on product quality. (3) Production process control and raw material quality have a significant positive effect on product quality.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pengendalian proses produksi dan kualitas bahan baku terhadap kualitas bahan baku pada CV. Bumi Kreativindo. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel, yaitu pengendalian proses produksi (X1), kualitas bahan baku (X2) dan kualitas prosuk (Y). Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan CV. Bumi Kreativindo dibagian divisi produksi sebagai sampel yaitu 31 karyawan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, analisis data, uji instrumen, uji asumsi kelasik, koefisien determinasi dan uji t dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pengendalian proses produksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (2) Kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (3) Pengendalian proses produksi dan kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. | ||||||
