Abstract
Background: Gout (urin acid) is a disease caused by accumulation of uric acid crystals in tissues, especially in joint tissues. The increase in the incidence of gout arthritis does not only occur on developed countries, but also in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. The result of basic health research in 2018 showed that joint disease in Indonesia based on the results of diagnoses by health workes in 2018 was 7,3% (Riskesdas, 2018). A high prevalence was also shown in the Riskesdas in Banten Province in 2018. It is know that the prevalence of joint disease in the age group >15 year is 6,15%. The causes of people developing gout arthritis are genetics or family histori, excessive intake of purine compounds, excessive alcohol consumption, obesity (obesity), hypertension, impaired kidney function and certain drugs (especially diuretics). Purpose: To describe the action of family nursing care for clients who suffer from gout Arthritis with readliness to increase knowledge wich includes: Assessment, determination of nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation of result. Method: The method used in family nursing care is the case studi method. Results: After carrying out family nursing care for 4 visits, the results of family improvement readliness were resolved. Conclusion: Nursing care with appropriate interventions and implementation can overcome the problem of family improvement readliness.

| Additional Information: | Latar belakang: Penyakit gout arthritis penyakit yang disebabkan oleh tumpukan kristal asam urat pada jaringan, terutama pada jaringan sendi. Peningkatan kejadian gout arthritis tidak hanya terjadi di negara maju saja namun, peningkatan juga terjadi di negara berkembang, salah satunya di Indonesia. Hasil riset kesehatan dasar tahun 2018 menunjukan bahwa penyakit sendi di Indonesia berdasarkan hasil diagnosis tenaga kesehatan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 7,3% (Riskesdas, 2018). Prevalensi yang tinggi juga di tunjukan dalam Riskesda di Provinsi Banten tahun 2018. Di ketahui bahwa prevalensi penyakit sendi pada kelompok usia > 15 tahun yaitu 6,15%. Penyebab orang terserang penyakit gout arthritis adalah genetik atau riwayat keluarga, asupan senyawa purin yang berlebihan, konsumsi alkohol belebihan, kegemukan (obesitas), hipertensi, gangguan fungsi ginjal dan obat-obatan tertentu (terutama diuretika). Tujuan: Untuk menggambarkan tindakan asuhan keperawatan keluarga pada klien yang menderita Gout Arthritis dengan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan yang meliputi: pengkajian, penentuan diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi serta evaluasi hasil. Metode: metode yang dilakukan dalam asuhan keperawatan keluarga yaitu metode studi kasus Hasil: Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga selama 4 kali kunjungan didapatkan hasil Kesiapan Peningkatan Keluarga teratasi. Kesimpulan: Asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi dan implementasi yang tepat dapat mengatasi masalah Kesiapan Peningkatan Keluarga. | |||||||||
