Abstract

In the 21st century, education prioritizes its students to have basic literacy skills, one of which is mathematical literacy (numeration). With the existence of the National Assessment as a new policy that welcomes 21st century education, the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) which makes mathematical literacy (numeration) a basic competency that students must possess today. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a numeracy assessment that has local cultural values as a forum for students to improve their numeracy skills. In this study, the Research and Development (R&D) method was used and the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) was used. The research subjects were class VII students at SMPN 17 Kota Serang. The instruments used in this study included material expert validation sheets, evaluation expert validation sheets, cultural expert validation sheets, student response questionnaire sheets, and numeration test instruments. The results of the percentage assessment from experts include: subject matter experts at 90.91% with very valid criteria, evaluation experts at 85% with very valid criteria, and cultural experts at 95% with very valid criteria. of students amounted to 81.76% with very valid criteria when viewed from readability, attractiveness, usefulness, and suitability of the material in the product produced. From the limited trial, several calculations were obtained to test the test instrument that had been developed. Based on the research results, the development of a numeracy test instrument on the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) that has local cultural values produces 20 valid questions and can be used to improve students' mathematical literacy (numeration) abilities.

Additional Information: Pada abad ke-21, pendidikan mengutamakan peserta didiknya untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi dasar, salah satunya yaitu literasi matematika (numerasi). Dengan adanya Asesmen Nasional sebagai kebijakan baru yang menyongsong pendidikan abad ke-21, Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang mana menjadikan literasi matematika (numerasi) menjadi kompetensi dasar yang harus dimiliki peserta didik saat ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya pengembangan terhadap asesmen numerasi yang bernilai budaya lokal sebagai wadah untuk peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan numerasinya. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII di SMPN 17 Kota Serang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain: lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli evaluasi, lembar validasi ahli budaya, lembar angket respon peserta didik, dan instrumen tes numerasi. Hasil presentase penilaian dari para ahli antara lain: ahli materi sebesar 90,91% dengan kriteria sangat valid, ahli evaluasi sebesar 85% dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan ahli budaya sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat valid.. Pada uji coba, menghasilkan presentase penilaian dari peserta didik sebesar 81,76% dengan kriteria sangat valid jika dilihat dari keterbacaan, kemenarikan, kebermanfaatan, dan kesesuaian materi pada produk yang dihasilkan. Dari uji coba terbatas, didapat beberapa perhitungan untuk menguji instrumen tes yang telah dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengembangan instrumen tes numerasi pada Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang bernilai budaya lokal menghasilkan 20 butir soal yang valid dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematika (numerasi) peserta didik.
