Abstract
This study aims to reveal and analyze the effect of the Quality of the Pick-up Ball Program on Community e-KTP Ownership that is Compulsory for e-KTP. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive research approach. As for the population in this study, all the people of Serang City are included in the community data that is mandatory for e-KTP. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the 9 research variables on the ownership of e-KTP for the people of Serang City who were already required to have e-KTP. Administrative service requirements show good results, as well as the 7 other variables show good results but there is 1 variable that shows unfavorable results, namely the Service Completion Time variable, where the calculation results from the questionnaire results show that the Service Completion Time variable shows positive results but not significant to the ownership of e-KTP.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Program Jemput Bola Terhadap Kepemilikan e-KTP Masyarakat yang Sudah Wajib e-KTP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Kota Serang yang masuk ke dalam data masyarakat yang sudah wajib e-KTP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari ke 9 variabel penelitian terhadap kepemilikan e-KTP masyarkat Kota Serang yang sudah wajib e-KTP. Persyaratan pelayanan administasi menunjukkan hasil yang baik, begitupun ke 7 variabel yang lain menunjukkan hasil yang baik namun terdapat 1 variabel yang menunjukkan hasil kurang baik yaitu variabel Waktu Penyelesaian Pelayanan, dimana hasil perhitungan dari hasil kuesioner menunjukka bahwa variabel Waktu Penyelesaian Pelayanan menunjukkan hasil yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepemilikan e-KTP. | |||||||||
