The instrument in this research is questionnaire and likert scale. The population in this research is all of the farmers in Pejaten village who grow spinach with total 55 farmers. The data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that area measure has t count < t (1,533 < 2,00575). Farm experience has t count > t table (2,306 >2,00575). Capital has t count > t table (2,041 >2,00575). Income has t count < t table (1,383 <2,00575). Frequency of counseling has t count < t table (1,201<2,00575). Based on the data above, farm experience influences farmers’ decision in farming spinach significantly in t count > t table (2,306 >2,00575). The researcher gives a suggestion that farmer should increase the income of farming spinach in order to fulfill the secondary need and tertiary, and extension savings must increase the frequency of visits to the farmers so that farmers know more about the potential and risks of farming.
