Abstract
This research is motivated by the development of the 2013 curriculum into an independent curriculum due to phenomena covid-19 what happened in Indonesia. Previously, the Independent Curriculum had been applied to educational units that were selected to become driving schools, however, currently, even Education units that are not driving schools can register their schools to implement the Independent Curriculum independently or the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This study aims to identify and describe the planning for the preparation, implementation, and assessment of independent curriculum learning in mathematics in class VII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion were carried out. The results of the research included (1) Planning for the preparation of the independent curriculum in learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang is carried out by designing KOSP, ATP, planning teaching materials and assessments, and planning P5. (2) The implementation of the independent curriculum in intracurricular learning in mathematics in Class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang includes preliminary, core and closing activities. In implementing this learning, the teacher has not implemented the optimally differentiated learning strategy as it should, and (3) The independent curriculum assessment in learning mathematics in class VII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang is carried out by subject teachers to students by carrying out formative and summative assessments.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pengembangan kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka akibat fenomena covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia. Kurikulum Merdeka ini sebelumnya telah diterapkan pada satuan pendidikan yang terpilih menjadi sekolah penggerak, namun saat ini, satuan Pendidikan yang bukan sekolah penggerak pun dapat mendaftarkan sekolahnya untuk menerapkan kurikulum merdeka secara mandiri atau Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan penyusunan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diantaranya (1) Perencanaan penyusunan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang dilakukan dengan perancangan KOSP, ATP, perencanaan perangkat ajar dan asesmen, serta perencanaan P5 yang dilakukan dengan mengembangkan dokumen-dokumen hasil kolaborasi MGMP. (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran intrakulikuler pada mata pelajaran matematika di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini, Guru belum menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara maksimal sebagaimana mestinya, dan (3) Penilaian kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang dilakukan oleh Guru mata pelajaran kepada peserta didik dengan melaksanakan penilaian formatif dan sumatif. | |||||||||
