Abstract
This study aims to determine the suitability between the items and basic competencies, indicators of achievement of competence, indicators of questions and cognitive level of questions at the end of the odd semester biology class X at Al-Falah Islamic High School in the 2022/2023 academic year and to find out the results of the analysis based on validity, reliability, level of difficulty and discriminating power in the final semester exam questions. The research method used is descriptive with the object of research in the form of 40 odd semester final exam items. The results of the analysis show that the level of conformity of the items with basic competence reaches 100% (high), indicators of achievement of competency are 98% (high), indicator questions are 83% (high) and cognitive level questions are 75% (high). The results of the analysis of the 40 items obtained were 9 valid questions with a reliability index of 0.592 (enough). In addition, there were 26 questions with medium difficulty level and 14 items with easy difficulty level. The results of the analysis of the discriminating power of the items found 9 items with sufficient discriminating power and 31 items with poor discriminating power.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara butir soal dengan kompetensi dasar, indikator pencapaian kompetensi, indikator soal dan jenjang kognitif soal ujian akhir semester ganjil mata pelajaran biologi kelas X di SMA Islam Al-Falah tahun ajaran 2022/2023 serta mengetahui hasil analisis berdasarkan validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda pada soal ujian akhir semester. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan objek penelitian berupa butir soal ujian akhir semester ganjil sebanyak 40 butir soal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian butir soal dengan kompetensi dasar mencapai 100% (tinggi), indikator pencapaian kompetensi sebesar 98% (tinggi), indikator soal sebesar 83% (tinggi) dan jenjang kognitif soal sebesar 75% (tinggi). Hasil analisis dari 40 butir soal diperoleh 9 butir soal yang valid dengan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,592 (cukup). Selain itu ditemukan 26 butir soal yang memiliki tingkat kesukaran sedang dan 14 butir soal dengan tingkat kesukaran mudah. Hasil analisis daya pembeda soal ditemukan 9 butir soal dengan daya pembeda yang cukup dan 31 butir soal dengan daya pembeda yang tidak baik. | |||||||||
