Abstract
Writing this Final Project Report aims to find out the procedure for distributing goods and the obstacles to the procedure for distributing goods at PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution. The writing method used is descriptive method. The data collection method is based on interviews, observation and literature studies. The results of the Final Project Report explain that the procedure for distributing goods carried out by PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution goes through six stages, namely receiving orders, preparing invoices, preparing goods, matching invoices with physical goods, delivery of goods and invoices by expeditions and collection stages. The obstacles in the delivery of goods include time constraints, limited number of workers, limited delivery vehicles and errors in matching invoices with physical goods.

| Additional Information: | Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur distribusi barang dan hambatan-hambatan prosedur distribusi barang pada PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari Laporan Tugas Akhir memaparkan bahwa prosedur distribusi barang yang dilakukan oleh PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution melalui enam tahapan yaitu menerima pesanan, menyiapkan faktur, menyiapkan barang, mencocokan faktur dengan fisik barang, penyerahan barang serta faktur oleh ekspedisi dan tahapan inkaso. Adapun hambatan-hambatan dalam pengiriman barang diantaranya keterbatasan waktu, keterbatasan jumlah tenaga kerja, keterbatasan kendaraan pengiriman dan kesalahan dalam penyocokan faktur dengan fisik barang. | |||||||||
