Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of mediating innovative work behavior by sharing knowledge and digital culture on employee performance at PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur. This research method uses quantitative research with a saturated population and sample of 216 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a combination of closed answers on an interval scale of 1-10 with the help of an online questionnaire and then processed and compiled into data frequency tabulations which were then analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.9 program. The results of the research based on validity and reliability tests show that the data is valid and reliable. Based on the direct and indirect hypothesis testing that (1) knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a sample value of 0.249 and a p value of 0.000. (2) Digital culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a sample value of 0.457 and a p value of 0.000. (3) Knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior with a sample of 0.555 and a p value of 0.000. (4) Digital culture has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. (5) Innovative work behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a sample of 0.346 and a p value of 0.000. (6) Positive innovative work behavior significantly mediates knowledge sharing with employee performance with a sample of 0.158 with a p value of 0.000. (7) Positive innovative work behavior significantly mediates digital culture with employee performance with a sample of 0.146 and a p value of 0.001.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran mediasi perilaku kerja inovatif dengan berbagi pengetahuan dan budaya digital terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel jenuh sebesar 216 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk kombinasi jawaban tertutup skala interval 1-10 dengan bantuan kuisioner online kemudian diolah serta disusun kedalam tabulasi frekuensi data yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.9. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas dan realibilitas menunjukkan bahwa data sudah valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis langsung dan tidak langsung bahwa (1) Berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sample 0,249 dan p value 0,000. (2) Budaya digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sampe 0,457 dan p value 0,000. (3) Berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan sample 0,555 dan p value 0,000. (4) Budaya digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. (5) Perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan sample 0,346 dan p value 0,000. (6) Perilaku kerja inovatif positif signifikan memediasi berbagi pengetahuan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan sample 0,158 dengan p value 0,000. (7) Perilaku kerja inovatif positif signifikan memediasi budaya digital dengan kinerja karyawan denagn sample 0,146 dan p value 0,001.
