Abstract

In recent years, the industrial sector has developed and involves a variety of business operations, manufacturing which has been considered as an activity that has a changing effect on the economic and social environment. Supply chain is a system that faces high environmental impacts. To find out the performance involving the economy, social and environment of an MSME, it requires measuring sustainable supply chain management. The problem that exists in Talita Jaya MSMEs is that there is tempeh waste that is not properly managed, and there is wasteful use of water. This will be potentially dangerous to the environment, and can potentially lead to water pollution, and can result in disruption of aquatic ecosystems. SSCM performance measurement carried out in this study uses the ANP method to find weights, OMAX (Objective Matrix) to determine the level and Traffic Light System to visualize which KPIs require improvement. From the results of the research there are KPI results totaling 15. There is a KPI weight that has the best ranking value which is achieved by the KPI, namely the level of soybean defects (K1), production results (P1) and cycle time (K4). Based on the results of weighting using ANP and measurement using OMAX for the scoring system, the results obtained 5 indicators that have high numbers in the red category in TLS, these KPIs are water use efficiency, production yield, solid waste, cycle time and inventory levels.

Additional Information: Belakangan ini sektor industri sudah berkembang dan melibatkan berbagai operasi bisnis, manufaktur yang sudah dianggap sebagai kegiatan yang memberikan efek perubahan pada lingkungan ekonomi dan sosial. Supply chain merupakan sistem yang menghadapi dampak lingkungan yang tinggi. Untuk mengetahui kinerja yang melibatkan ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan suatu UMKM maka memerlukan pengukuran sustainable supply chain management. Permasalahan yang ada pada UMKM Talita Jaya yaitu terdapat limbah tempe yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, dan terdapat pemborosan penggunaan air. Hal tersebut akan berpotensi bahaya terhadap lingkungan, dan dapat berpotensi pada pencemaran air, dan dapat mengakibatkan gangguan ekosistem perairan. Pengukuran kinerja SSCM yang dilakukan pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode ANP untuk mencari bobot, OMAX (Objective Matrix) untuk menentukan level dan Traffic Light System untuk memvisualisasi KPI mana saja yang memerlukan perbaikan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat hasil KPI berjumlah 15. Terdapat bobot KPI yang memiliki nilai ranking paling baik yaitu diraih oleh KPI yaitu tingkat cacat kedelai (K1), Hasil produksi (P1) dan waktu siklus (K4). Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan menggunakan ANP dan pengukuran menggunakan OMAX untuk scoring system didapatkan hasil 5 indicator yang memiliki angka tinggi dalam kategori merah pada TLS, KPI tersebut yakni efisiensi penggunaan air, hasil produksi, limbah padat, waktu siklus dan tingkat persediaan.
