Abstract

A partnership is a collaboration between actors who come together to carry out their respective roles in achieving a common goal. This research study aims to find out (1) How is the Bank Sampah Digital Partnership with PT. Pigeon Indonesia as a Community Empowerment Strategy in Cikande Permai Village, Serang Regency (2) What are the results of the Bank Sampah Digital Partnership with PT. Pigeon Indonesia as a Community Empowerment Strategy in Cikande Permai Village, Serang District. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The information in this study is 2 Managers and 1 Assistant for the Bank Sampah Digital, and the program targets 9 Communities in Cikande Permai Village. The results of the research that has been carried out show that (1) the partnership carried out by the Bank Sampah Digital uses the partnership stage, namely problem recognition using brainstorming and selection is carried out by the mapping process, partner identification stage with research through the company profile website, agreement stage with a letter of cooperation, implementation integrated activities with socialization, monitoring, and evaluation carried out directly. The cooperation is carried out with the guidance carried out by PT Pigeon as fundraising which is managed by the Bank Sampah Digital as a facilitator and providing materials in the form of brochures. (2) The results of this partnership are in the form of output, namely Waste Bank Savings, the outcome is a cleaner environment and increased branding and proper between partners. Flexible convenience levels. The number and types of community ideas, the intensity of staff always providing education, increasing the capacity of the scale of community participation and concern for responders, as well as funds that can be explored and obtained by the community.

Additional Information: Kemitraan merupakan sebuah kolaborasi antar aktor yang bersama-sama untuk menjalankan perannya masing-masing dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Kajian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana Kemitraan Bank Sampah Digital Dengan PT. Pigeon Indonesia Sebagai Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Desa Cikande Permai Kabupaten Serang (2) Bagaimana Hasil Kemitraan Bank Sampah Digital Dengan PT. Pigeon Indonesia Sebagai Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Desa Cikande Permai Kabupaten Serang. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informasn dalam penelitian ini yaitu 2 Pengelola dan 1 Pendamping Bank Sampah Digital, dan sasaran program 9 Masyarakat di Desa Cikande Permai. Hasil Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1)Kemitraan yang dilakukan Bank Sampah Digital menggunakan tahapan kemitraan yaitu pengenalan masalah dengan menggunakan brainstorming dan penyeleksian dilakukan dengan proses mapping, tahap identifikasi mitra dengan riset melalui website profil perusahaan, tahap kesepakatan dengan adanya surat kerjasama, pelaksanaan kegiatan terpadu dengan adanya sosialiasi, monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara langsung. Kerja sama yang dilakukan dengan adanya pembinaan yang dilakukan PT Pigeon sebagai fundraising yang dikelola oleh Bank Sampah Digital sebagai fasilitator dan pemberian bahan berupa brosur. (2) Hasil kemitraan ini berupa output yaitu Tabungan Bank Sampah, outcome yaitu lingkungan lebih bersih dan peningkatan branding dan proper antar mitra. Tingkat kemudahan yang fleksibel. Jumlah dan jenis ide masyarakat, intensitas petugas selalu memberi edukasi, peningkatan kapasitas skala partisipasi dan kepedulian respond masyarakat, serta dana yang dapat digali dan diperoleh masyarakat.
