Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze internal and external environmental factors that influence business development in the Semar Mushroom Farm oyster mushroom business. Mapping the business position based on internal and external environmental factors that influence the development of the Semar Mushroom Farm oyster mushroom business, formulating alternative development strategies that can be applied to the Semar Mushroom Farm oyster mushroom business, Determining the priority strategies to be implemented in the development of the Semar Mushroom Farm oyster mushroom business. The methods used in this research are IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix. The results of this study indicate that the internal factors consist of six strengths and six weaknesses. consists of external factors of six opportunity factors and five threat factors. The IE matrix shows the position of the Semar Mushroom farm in quadrant V (hold and maintain position). The SWOT matrix formulates eight alternative strategies and the QSPM matrix formulates four strategic priorities that can be applied to the development of the Semar Mushroom Farm.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan usaha tiram di Semar Mushroom Farm bisnis jamur. Pemetaan posisi bisnis berdasarkan internal dan eksternal faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi perkembangan Usahatani Jamur Semar usaha jamur tiram, merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan diterapkan pada usaha jamur tiram Semar Mushroom Farm, Menentukan strategi prioritas yang akan diterapkan dalam pengembangan Kebun Jamur Semar bisnis jamur tiram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks IFE, matriks EFE, Matriks IE, analisis SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal terdiri dari enam kekuatan dan enam kelemahan. terdiri dari faktor luar enam faktor peluang dan lima faktor ancaman. Matriks IE menunjukkan posisi dari Perkebunan Jamur Semar pada kuadran V (posisi hold and maintain). Matriks SWOT merumuskan delapan strategi alternatif dan matriks QSPM merumuskan empat strategi prioritas yang dapat diterapkan untuk pengembangan Kebun Jamur Semar. | |||||||||
